The KIDS Square

Over in the Nichli Lika area of Garhpar, you’ll find us at The KIDS Square. Biharsharif is a busy place, and this part of town has its own rhythm. We’re right here in Nalanda, and if you walk down the street, you’ll see it’s a typical local neighborhood. The building isn’t anything too fancy, just a solid place where kids come to spend their time. There’s always a bit of a mess with toys or papers on the floor, but that’s what happens when you’ve got children running around all day. The noise can get a bit loud sometimes, especially around lunchtime or when they’re all playing together in the main room. We don't have a big corporate team running things; it’s just us doing the daily work of looking after the little ones. Some mornings are a bit chaotic when parents are dropping their kids off and trying to get to work on time. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood, like the local vendors calling out or the bikes passing by outside. It’s a real place with real people, and we try to keep things simple and honest. We spend a lot of our time just making sure the kids are safe and having a decent day. It’s a lot of work, and some days are more tiring than others, but it feels right being part of the community here. Most days end with us tidying up and getting ready to do it all again tomorrow.
