We are based in the Mahadev Pur area of Rajgir. Gautam Kumar runs the daily operations from our local spot here. Rajgir is a place known for history, but for us, it is where we do our building and property work every day. We handle a lot of small-scale construction and help people develop their plots. The ground here can be tough, so we have to be careful with foundations. We do not have a polished headquarters with air conditioning. Mostly we are out at the sites under the sun or sitting in the small office sorting out the Po and Ps paperwork. It is a slow process sometimes, especially dealing with all the local permissions. People in the village know us well, so we do not need to do any promotion. Most of our projects come from family connections and neighbors who need a house built or some land cleared. We manage the local masons and workers ourselves. It is a lot of manual labor and sweat, especially during the summer months when the heat is intense. During the monsoon, things get muddy and slow down, but we push through to get the roofs on. We just focus on building walls that are straight and making sure the plumbing works like it should. It is just how we make our living here in Mahadev Pur, doing one job after the other.
