SURUAS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is based in the Nalanda district. Our office is in Mogal Kuan. We work from the premises of Smt Kanti Devi. Nalanda has a lot of history but our daily life is just about infrastructure. Mogal Kuan is a crowded neighborhood with lots of small shops and narrow lanes. The pin code is 803101. Working from Smt Kanti Devi’s place gives us a very local feel. It is not a fancy office at all. We just have some tables, chairs, and the usual paperwork. During the summer, it gets incredibly hot, so we try to get most of our work done in the early morning. Since we are an infra company, we are often out at different project sites. The Mogal Kuan office is where we do all the planning and coordination. We don't have a team for marketing or any big corporate posters. We just talk to people in plain English. The neighbors know us and see us coming and going every day. We have been here for a while and we are comfortable with this setup. It is a practical location for our needs in Bihar. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We just focus on the work and keep the projects moving forward without making a scene about it.
