Shusax Constructions and Properties Private Limited is our business. We are located in Noorsarai, specifically in Tola Noorsarai. The address is linked to the late Jagat Paswan’s family. We are very much a local village operation. We do construction work and handle some property matters. It is not a flashy setup. We don't have a big office with glass walls. Most of our work happens right there on the ground in the village. We employ people from around the Panch-Noorsarai area. We think it’s better that way because they know the neighborhood. We don't use any marketing language to try and sound better than we are. We just build things. Sometimes it's a house, sometimes it's something else. Construction is a tough business with a lot of dust and long hours. We’ve been part of this community for a long time now. People come to us when they need something built because they know where to find us. We don't make big speeches about our work. We just show up and get the materials ready. Sometimes the supply of cement or bricks is late, but we manage. It’s just a straightforward business in a small place. We like to keep things practical and honest for everyone involved. No need for anything more than that really. We are just here doing our thing in the village.
