Shashiraj Infra Private Limited

Our small setup for Shashiraj Infra Private Limited is based right here in Village Damdama, specifically in the Toladamdama section of the Panch-Moudhaneshpur North Block. We use a space at Shambhu Singh’s place to get our daily work done. It is not some big corporate office with glass walls, just a regular spot where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites. The roads around here can get quite dusty, and you will often see our guys moving back and forth between the village and the project locations. We spend a lot of time talking about bricks, cement, and local infrastructure needs. It is mostly quiet in the mornings until the workers start showing up and the phone starts ringing about material deliveries. Shambhu’s house is a well-known landmark, so it makes it easy for people to find us when they need to talk about a job. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and go over what happened during the day. There is always something to fix or a new plan to look at for the local area. We don't really do much fancy talk, we just focus on getting the work done around the block. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside and continue our discussions in the shade. It is a very practical way of living and working in the village.
