Sainik School Nalanda

We are located out in Village Nanand, right by the post office in Pawapuri. It’s a quiet spot for a school like Sainik School Nalanda. Most of the people living around here know us as the place with the gates and the uniforms. It’s not a very busy area, which is probably good for the students who stay here. We have a lot of space out here in the village. The air is a bit cleaner than in the bigger towns. We spend our days following a pretty strict routine. There is a lot of marching and studying going on from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s a simple life for the most part. We have the usual classrooms and dorms. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low or the electricity goes out for a while, but we just deal with it. That is how it is in this part of the country. People know us for being part of the Pawapuri community. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or high-tech gadgets everywhere. It’s just basic buildings and a lot of ground to cover. The staff stays busy keeping everything running. We see the same faces every day and we like it that way. If you are looking for us, just head toward Nanand and you will see the signs. It’s a straightforward place with a lot of history and very little noise.
