It is a local operation, nothing too fancy. We handle the safety side of things for local projects. Usually, it is just us going through checklists and making sure everything is up to code. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is a small group of us working out of this location in Khasganj. The area is quite familiar to us, and we know many of the neighbors. We do not spend money on flashy signs or expensive office furniture because that does not help us do our job better. Our work involves a lot of looking at details that others might miss. It is about being careful. We keep our records here and head out to various sites around the district from this base. Bihar has its own way of doing things, and we fit right in. We talk to people plainly and tell them what needs to be fixed. There is no point in sugarcoating things when it comes to safety. People in Soh-Sarai know us as the ones who are always checking the ladders and the wires. It is just what we do. We started here and we plan to stay here, helping out where we can. It is a simple life and simple work, but it is important for the community.
