Our hospital is situated out on the Ramnagar New Bypass Road in the Nemna Tola area of Hilsa. We’re located at Upendra Kumar’s place. It’s a bit away from the main center of town, which some people find easier because the parking isn't such a nightmare. We’ve got "Research Centre" in our name because we try to look a bit deeper into some of the cases we see, but mostly we are just a regular hospital helping the local folks in Hilsa. The building is sturdy and has enough room for several departments. We deal with everything from basic injuries to long-term illnesses. It’s a private company, run by people who live right here in the area. We aren’t some big city hospital with thousands of staff members; we are a smaller team where everyone knows each other. Usually, you’ll find us busy with charts or talking to families in the hallways. The bypass road can get a bit dusty and loud with the trucks going by, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually brings people to us. When someone in Nemna Tola gets sick, they usually know to head toward the bypass road to find us. It’s a simple, hardworking place, and we plan on staying that way for a long time. There is always someone on duty to check you in.
