We are located in the building called Pushpanjali in the Amber locality of Bihar Sharif. This is in the Nalanda district of Bihar, and it’s a fairly central place to be. Our office handles evaluations and systems, so we have a lot of computers and printers running most of the time. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes of records and paperwork piled up along the walls. It’s a busy atmosphere with people always coming in and out to drop off documents or ask questions. Amber is a lively neighborhood, and we are right in the middle of it all. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few clocks and maybe a calendar from last year that nobody took down yet. The desks are a bit old and the chairs squeak a lot when you sit in them. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. The power can be a bit unreliable sometimes, so we have a small backup system to keep the lights on. It is not a corporate headquarters, just a local office where we try to stay organized and keep up with the daily flow of information. We have a small area near the door where we keep our shoes and a place to wash up. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the workday.
