Nirmashee Catering Service Private Limited is run out of Swarg Bazarrahui, at Ram Pravesh Prasad’s place. We do catering, which basically means we are always busy in the kitchen or loading up vans with big pots and pans. Swarg Bazar is a busy place, and we fit right in with the noise and the movement. We don't have a fancy showroom where we show off pictures of food. Instead, we’re usually found preparing large batches of meals for local events or gatherings. Our days start very early, often before the sun is up, so we can get everything cooked and ready on time. It’s greasy, hot work, and there’s always a lot of cleaning to do afterwards. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just cook food that people want to eat at their parties or weddings. Ram Pravesh’s place has enough room for our big stoves and all the supplies we need to store. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have three orders on the same day, but we always figure it out. We’ve been doing this for a while now in the Rahui area, and people know they can come to us when they have a big group to feed. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like the feeling of finishing a big event and seeing all the empty plates. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking for the folks here.
