You can find us over at Pakkai Talav in Nalanda, right near Soghra College. Being near a college means there is always something going on nearby, lots of students walking around and tea stalls busy with talk. Our place is at number 44. We make different food products right here. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy. The building has been there for a bit, and we have made it our home for the business. Inside, it’s mostly about getting the recipes right and making sure the packaging is done properly. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is just on the food. Nalanda is a place with a lot of history, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. The heat in Bihar can be tough during the summer months, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We have a small group of people who help out. Most of them live nearby, so they just walk or bike to work. It’s a simple life here. We handle the paperwork when we have to, but mostly we are on the floor checking things. If you are ever near Soghra College, you’ll see our sign. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way without making a big fuss about it. There is always a lot of cleaning to do at the end of the shift.
