Lindlely Roller Flour Mills Private Limited

We are located in Damodarpur, over in the Kanti block. Our workspace is actually on the second floor of the house owned by Mahtab Alam, in Flat No-203. It’s a bit of a climb with the heavy bags, but we make it work. Since we are in a residential-style building, we have to be careful about the noise levels from the roller machines. It is a tight space for a flour mill, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the wheat. We spend most of our time monitoring the rollers and making sure the flour comes out the right way. It’s not a huge factory with hundreds of workers. It’s just a small team of us doing the grinding and the bagging. We get a lot of dust in the air, so we usually leave the balcony doors open to get a breeze. Sometimes the elevator doesn't work and we have to carry everything up the stairs, which is a real workout. We don’t have a fancy front desk or anyone to answer phones all day. Most of the time we are just busy with the actual milling process. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we know the quirks of the machines. It’s just a local operation trying to keep the supply moving for the people around here. We aren't doing anything fancy, just grinding grain in a flat in Damodarpur. It’s cramped but we get the job done.
