Kids Care Play School

We started this place on Chandi Road because there wasn't much for kids in Harnaut back then. It gets quite noisy here, especially in the mornings when parents are dropping off their toddlers. Most of the staff are local women who live just a short walk away. We have some colorful rooms and a small space for them to play with plastic blocks and balls. The floor gets messy with crumbs from lunch boxes and spilled water, but that is just how it is with little ones. We don't have fancy gadgets or expensive playground equipment, just some charts on the walls and plenty of patience. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three kids start crying at once for their moms. We try to keep things calm and teach them a few rhymes or their alphabets. It's not a big building, just a practical spot where kids can stay safe while their parents are at work or busy with chores. The road outside stays busy with tractors and bikes, so we keep the gate locked tight all day for safety. Most families around this part of Nalanda know us by now. We just focus on making sure the kids eat their food and learn how to sit still for a bit. It’s hard work, and by the afternoon everyone is tired, including us. We just keep going day by day, fixing broken toys and making sure the water bottles are filled up for the next morning.
