Kadapa Infra Private Limited

Our company is Kadapa Infra Private Limited and we work out of Plot No 329 on Street No 15 in Nalanda Nagar. That’s over in the Attapur area of Rajendranager. Attapur has really exploded lately with all the new shops and apartments. We’re tucked away in a residential street, which makes for a bit of a quieter workday compared to the main road. We handle different kinds of infrastructure tasks, mostly things that need to get built or repaired around the neighborhood. It’s not glamorous work by any stretch. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors or at the sites making sure things are being done the right way. Our office is just a place to store our files and take a break from the sun. We aren't some big-name developers; we are just a group of guys who know how to get things constructed. There’s a lot of competition around here, but we just focus on what’s in front of us. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is nice and the supplies arrive on time. We don't have any polished speeches about our vision or anything like that. We just show up at the office, look at what needs to be done, and go do it. It’s a simple business model and it’s served us okay so far. We just hope the local economy stays strong so we can keep building.
