Jyoti Structures Ltd., Mumbai

Jyoti Structures Ltd. has a setup here in Sarmera, which is a bit of a distance from the main hub in Mumbai. We are located at Suresh Kumar’s place, right in the village area near the post office in Nalanda. It’s a rural spot, and things move a bit slower than the city office, but we keep the work going every day. People around here know the location well because it’s near the main path. We mostly handle the local logistics and coordination for the company’s structural projects in this part of Bihar. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, and the office can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make do with what we have. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We aren’t doing anything fancy like those big corporate offices you see on TV, just basic paperwork and tracking the supplies that come in for the towers. It's a lot of talking to drivers and making sure the inventory is right. Suresh keeps an eye on things and makes sure the mobile numbers are working so we don't miss calls from Mumbai. The village life is quiet, but there’s always something to fix or a load of steel to check on. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors are all used to the trucks coming through the narrow roads. It’s just how it is.
