FEROKE NIDHI LIMITED

Our office for FEROKE NIDHI LIMITED is located in the Nalanda Building. This is right in the Nallur area of Feroke. If you are from around Calicut, you probably know the spot already. We spend most of our days here handling the local accounts and making sure everyone’s documents are in order. It is not a huge operation at all. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait their turn. The Nalanda Building is a well-known landmark for us. People stop by after finishing their shopping or other errands in Nallur. We mostly talk to people from the neighborhood. Life in Calicut moves at its own pace and we try to match that. We do not use any big fancy machines, just what we need to get the job done properly. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the street traffic, but inside we just focus on the ledgers. Being in Feroke means we see the same people week after week. It makes the work feel more personal for the staff. We handle the small financial things that matter to the local families here. You will not find any slick suits or corporate talk here. Just us working through the piles of paper. We have been at this for a while and the Nalanda Building has become like a second home to us. It is practical and it works for what we need to do.
