Baba Samalya Construction Private Limited is located out in Chakpar village, which is part of the Rajgir area in Nalanda. Our office is basically House Number 2 in Ward Number 7. It’s a quiet spot, but we stay pretty active with all the construction work going on in this district. Rajgir is a special place with a lot of history, and being based here means we understand the land and the people quite well. We aren't a corporate giant from the big city. We are just a local team trying to build things that last. Most days involve a lot of travel between different sites in the Anchal. We deal with all the usual stuff like sourcing materials, managing labor, and keeping the machines running. It’s hard work and the dust never really seems to settle, but that’s just how this business goes. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how people hear about us. We do our best to be fair and get the walls up straight. Sometimes there are delays because of the rain or supply issues, which is frustrating, but we always find a way to push through. Living and working in Nalanda keeps us busy. We are just regular people who know how to handle a construction site without making a big fuss about it. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to dress it up.
