Avopla Developers Private Limited is run from Pulpar in Biharsharif, which is the heart of Nalanda. We are located at the house of Mrs. Kanchan Sinha. Biharsharif is a crowded, energetic place, and our work as developers keeps us right in the thick of it. We spend our days looking at sites, talking to local authorities, and trying to get our projects off the ground. It is a lot of back-and-forth and sometimes things move slower than we’d like, but we are patient. We aren't a big city firm with polished shoes. We are local people who know these streets and the people living on them. Our office is just a room with some desks and a lot of maps. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just speak plainly about what we are doing. Development is a tough business here because space is tight and everyone has an opinion, but we manage. We’ve lived in Nalanda a long time and we care about how the town looks. We just try to do our part by building things that are practical and useful. It is not always pretty, and the work is definitely messy, but we keep going. If you see us around Pulpar, we are probably on our way to check a foundation or settle a delivery. We just take life as it comes.
