Aspha Engicon Private Limited is a company we run out of Biharsharif in Nalanda. Our office is in Kumhar Toli, at 8468/BP. Umesh Kumar is the one in charge, and his father is Kamlesh Prasad. It is a family-oriented kind of business, even though we are a private limited company. We focus on engineering and construction projects in the local area. Biharsharif is a place where everyone knows everyone, so your reputation is everything. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get people to hire us. We just do the work and let that speak for itself. Sometimes we are working on a small renovation, and other times it is a larger building project. The office in Kumhar Toli is where we do all our planning. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all day. We deal with all the usual headaches of construction, like rain, material shortages, and labor issues. But we have been doing this long enough to know how to handle it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a lot of grit. We are proud to be from Nalanda and to be building things that will last for the people here. We stay humble and just keep our heads down and work.
