Amiga Homes Buildcon Private Limited is located at Holding Number 180 in Ward 39. We are in the Pakki Talab area of Bihar Sharif, right near Sogra College. It’s a well-known spot in Nalanda. We started this because we knew a bit about building and wanted to do something for ourselves. Construction is a messy business, but we enjoy seeing something come up from nothing. It’s not just about the bricks; it’s about all the people who help us out on the sites. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and trying to get the best prices for sand and iron rods. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with all the local regulations in Bihar Sharif. We aren't experts at marketing or anything like that. We just talk to people and do the work. The college being nearby means there is always a lot of activity on the streets. Our office is just a regular room where we meet and talk about what needs to happen next. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure a building is safe. We don't take that lightly even if we don't act like a big corporate firm. It’s just us, working hard every day to keep the business going. We’ve seen this town grow a lot and we’re glad to be a small part of it. Building houses for people is just what we do to pay the bills.
