You can find Yummi Scoop Ice-Cream in Village Dadikaniya, right on Nalagarh Road. We are positioned near the post office and the Shivalik Property Bus Stand, so there’s always a lot of movement around us. People are constantly getting off buses or waiting for their next ride, and that’s usually when they spot us. The shop sits right on the main road, so it gets pretty busy with all the commuters. We started out with just one freezer, and now we have three. It’s a lot of work keeping everything stocked, especially on those really hot days when the bus stand is packed. We don't have a fancy interior; it’s just a place to get your ice cream and move on. The floor gets a bit dirty with all the people walking in and out, but we sweep it when we can. Sometimes the noise from the buses makes it hard to hear what people are ordering, but we figure it out. We’ve been here long enough that the bus drivers often stop by for a quick cup before they head out again. It’s a practical little business. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just selling scoops to people who need a little sugar to get through their journey. It’s a good spot to be in, and we enjoy the daily chaos of the road. We just keep serving one customer at a time.
