We are located in the Jogeshwari and Nalasopara areas. Our daily routine involves a lot of interaction with the local people who live and work around here. It’s not like those big fancy banks you see in the city center. Our offices are pretty straightforward and meant for getting business done without any fuss. We spend our time talking to customers about their needs and helping them figure out the paperwork. It’s a lot of manual entry and checking documents. The areas we are in are very crowded, especially during the morning and evening when everyone is commuting. We’ve become a part of the local scenery over time. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting behind the counters, just waiting for the next person to walk in. We don't have expensive coffee machines or lounge areas. We just have chairs for the customers and our workstations. It can get quite loud with the street noise coming in, but we are used to it by now. The team here is just a group of regular folks who know the neighborhood well. We don't use any complicated language or try to sound more important than we are. We are just here to do a job and help the people in Jogeshwari and Nalasopara with their daily financial tasks. It’s a simple setup that has worked for us for a long time. We mostly focus on gold loans and money stuff, keeping things simple.
