Wood Shan Handicraft

Our workshop, Wood Shan Handicraft, is tucked away in Gali No. 14. We are in the Azad Colony part of Nadeem Colony, within Tehsil-Nakur. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the streets, but we like the quiet of being off the main road. Most of what we do is woodworking. We take pieces of timber and turn them into whatever someone might need. The shop is full of the smell of fresh wood and sawdust. We don’t have a lot of space, so we have to stay organized, though it doesn't always look that way to an outsider. It’s just a few of us here who enjoy making things. We don’t have a sales team or any corporate offices. We just do the work and hope people like it. We have been in Nadeem Colony for a long time and our neighbors are like family to us. Sometimes we sit outside the shop when it’s hot and talk to the people walking by Gali No. 14. It’s a simple way to live and work. We don't use any fancy methods, just the tools we've had for years. If you need something made from wood, you can usually find us here during the day. We don't always answer the phone right away if we're using a saw, but we're here doing our best.
