DHIMAN UDYOG (REGD.)

Dhiman Udyog (Regd.) has its workshop right on Baba Muraad Shah Road, very close to the bypass. It is a noisy spot because of all the heavy traffic moving toward the highway, but we have been here so long we don't even hear the horns anymore. Our building is a bit older, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it serves its purpose for the manufacturing work we do. We mostly deal with metal and machinery, so there is always a layer of iron dust on everything. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big sign with lights. Most people who come here are just looking for specific parts or repairs. It’s a small crew of workers who have been with us for years, and we all just wear our regular work clothes. In the summer, it gets incredibly hot inside the shed, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. We usually have a small radio playing some old songs in the corner while we work. We aren't interested in making a big splash or being corporate. We just focus on the orders we have on the table and try to get them done before the weekend. Sometimes we run out of materials and have to wait for a delivery, which slows things down, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. It’s honest work and we like the location despite the dust and the constant highway noise.
