Afifa Physiotherapy Clinic is located in the City Center Market on Haridwar Road in Najibabad. Being in the market means there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve got shops all around us, and it can get quite lively during the day. Our clinic is where people come when their backs hurt or they are recovering from an old injury. We have some basic mats and machines to help people move better. It’s not a fancy gym, just a practical space for therapy. Many of our patients are older folks from Bijnor who find it hard to walk or have joint pain. We also see younger people who hurt themselves playing sports. I or my assistant usually spend the whole day working one-on-one with whoever comes in. It’s physical work, and it can be tiring, but seeing someone walk a bit better after a few weeks is why we are here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just a local clinic in the middle of Najibabad. We try to keep the appointments on time, but sometimes a session goes longer than planned. Most people understand. They know we are just a small team doing our best to help the neighborhood stay mobile. If you are walking through City Center Market, you’ll see our sign. It’s a plain place, but we keep it clean and ready for work.
