Vision The Event Management Company is based out of the Sai Complex at Mukhani Chauraha in Haldwani. This is a very busy part of town on the Kaladhungi Road. There is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. Our office is just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and some of the smaller equipment. It is not a very polished place. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of notebooks with lists of things we need to do. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out at different venues. Haldwani is a growing place and there is always some event or wedding happening somewhere. We don't use any fancy corporate language when we talk to our clients. We just talk like regular people. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples of cloth or lighting fixtures. We just push them to the side and keep working. If the power goes off, we just sit on the stairs of the complex and wait for it to come back. It is a very local way of doing things. We have a small team and we all know each other well. If you are near the Chauraha, you can find us easily in the building. It is a simple, practical setup for a business that is always on the move. We just do the work and stay busy.
