This place is over in Manpur Uttar, specifically at Shankar Singh Rawat’s spot in Haldwani. It is not a massive complex, just a regular space where we get things done. Haldwani is a busy town, always moving. We are right in the thick of it. Sometimes the roads get a bit crowded, but we manage. Being in Manpur Uttar gives us a decent base. It is not fancy. We have got our desks and our files, and we just do the work. It is easy to find if you know the local landmarks near Shankar Singh’s place. Most people around here are helpful. We are not trying to be some big corporate entity. We just wanted a local spot to operate from. The address is simple enough. We spend most of our time dealing with the day-to-day stuff that comes up. It can get a bit loud outside during the day, but it is fine once you get used to it. We do not have a huge staff, just a few of us making sure things do not fall apart. It is practical. No one wears suits here. We just show up and do what needs doing. Haldwani has grown a lot, and being part of this neighborhood feels right for us. We just keep our heads down and work. If the power goes out, we just wait it out like everyone else. It is just a normal setup in a normal town. We like the way things are.
