You can find us at F-2 in the Industrial Estate of Bhimtal. Working up here is quite a bit different than being in a city like Delhi or Mumbai. The air is a lot fresher, though the winters can get pretty cold in the office. Our space in the industrial estate is dedicated to medical systems. It’s a functional building, mostly just concrete and metal, built for work rather than looks. We have some large equipment here and plenty of tools for maintenance and assembly. The pace of life in Bhimtal is a little slower, which we appreciate, but the work itself keeps us quite busy. We have to be very careful with the logistics because getting parts up the hills can sometimes be a challenge, especially when the weather is bad. Our team is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We don't have any shiny marketing brochures or a big sales pitch. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start working on whatever medical systems are on the schedule for that day. Sometimes a monkey will sit on the roof and make a lot of noise, which is just part of being in this area. We take our tea breaks outside when it’s sunny. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living while providing something important for the healthcare sector. We are just a group of people doing our best in the mountains.
