You can find us over on Bareilly Road, right near the Hills View Petrol Pump. We are set up at House No. 201 in Dharam Pal Colony, care of Ramavtar Chiggan Lal. It’s a busy enough spot with the road being a main way through the area. We deal with the technical side of textiles, which sounds a bit complicated but it’s really just about making sure the fabrics are made to the right specs. It’s not just plain weaving here. We have some machines and stuff we look after. The space isn’t huge but it fits what we need for now. Sometimes the noise from the road is a lot, but you get used to it after a few weeks of working here. We spend a lot of time checking the gear and making sure the orders for the tech side of the cloth are handled right. It’s a small team here. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. Usually, one of us is just handling the paperwork while the others are back with the materials and the machines. It gets dusty, but that’s the nature of textile work. If you are coming from the petrol pump side, we are pretty easy to spot. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood because it’s convenient for getting things in and out. Not much for fancy decorations in our shop, just a lot of work going on every day. We just try to stay busy.
