Reckitt Benckiser India Ltd

Reckitt Benckiser India Ltd is located out in the Sidcul Industrial area. It's in the Udham Singh Nagar district. This place is quite large and there is always a lot of movement every day. We have trucks coming and going at all hours. It's an industrial zone so it's not very pretty, just lots of big factories and wide, dusty roads. We have been working here for quite some time now. The facility handles a lot of different products. It’s a very busy environment to be in. We wear uniforms and we have to follow all the safety rules. It gets very hot in the summer months inside the units. The commute can be a bit long for some of us coming from the town. There’s a lot of machinery noise throughout the shifts. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks required of us. It’s a big company name on the sign outside, but on the ground it’s just us workers doing our jobs. We have a canteen where we sit and eat lunch together. The food is okay, nothing special. The area has changed a lot since the industrial park first started. There are more buildings every single year. We are one of the main spots in this section. People know where we are. We focus on getting the products out on time to the trucks. There’s no time for fancy talk. We just run the lines and check the stock. It’s hard work but we are used to it.
