Rajesh Galla Bhandar is located in Purani Bazaar in Ramnagar. If you know the old market, you know it is a crowded place with narrow lanes and lots of history. We have been here for a long time, dealing with grains and other staples that families need every day. The shop isn't very large, but we pack it full of whatever is in season or in demand. Every morning, we roll up the shutters and start greeting the regulars who have been coming to us for years. It’s a noisy environment with people shouting prices and carts moving through the bazaar, but it’s where we feel at home. We don't have a website or a fancy catalog; we just show people what we have on the shelves and talk to them. Ramnagar has changed a lot over the years, but the way we do things here stays mostly the same. We weigh everything carefully and make sure the bags are tied tight. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and the bazaar streets get muddy, but we still open up. It’s a simple life of buying and selling, and we don’t try to make it sound more complicated than that. We are just local people serving our own community. Most of our customers are more like friends now, and that’s the best part of being in an old market like this for us.
