NEWSHUBHAM STONE CRUSHER LLP

We've been running the stone crusher here in Lalkuan for a while now. It's located over in Ward No. 5, Subhash Nagar. Most people around Nainital know where we are. It’s hard work, keeping the machines going all day, but we manage. The dust gets everywhere, and the noise is just part of the job. We mainly handle the gravel and crushed stone for local building projects. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly. It's just a few of us working here. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. The site stays busy with trucks coming and going. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the yard and the equipment. It's basic, but it works for what we do. If you're driving through Subhash Nagar, you'll see the piles of stone from the road. We try to keep things organized, but it's a construction site, so it's never perfectly clean. My brother and I handle most of the daily stuff. We've seen the area change quite a bit over the years. We just keep our heads down and get the material ready for whoever needs it. It isn't a glamorous life, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We like being part of the local community here in Lalkuan. We just take it one day at a time.
