So, Neel Kanthmulti Specialty Hospital is located over on New ITI Road in Haldwani. We are quite close to Dr Sushila Tiwari, which most people in town already know and use as a landmark. It’s a decent-sized place and we’ve tried to put in different departments so folks don’t have to travel all the way to bigger cities for every little thing. We have doctors who look after various health issues, from general aches to things that need more specific equipment and attention. The building stays pretty busy since it's on a main road. You might see a lot of scooters and bikes parked outside most mornings during the peak hours. Our team is just local people mostly, working shifts to make sure someone is always around to help out. It’s not always perfect here, sometimes the paperwork takes a minute or the lobby gets crowded with families, but we manage to get through it. We’ve got some specialized machines for scans and tests because that's what a multi-specialty place needs these days. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that; we just keep the floors clean and the medicine cabinet well-stocked. The goal is just to be a reliable place for the families living around Haldwani. If you are coming down the New ITI Road, you can’t really miss our building. We have enough beds for staying overnight if the doctor says it's necessary for recovery. It is a lot of responsibility keeping a hospital going, but we have been at it for a while now. We just take things one patient at a time and do what is needed.
