Monal Digital Llp

Monal Digital Llp is based at Nandi Pandey’s place in Govind Puram. That’s in Bithoria No.1, over in Haldwani. It’s not a big corporate building or anything. It’s just a house in a regular neighborhood in the Nainital district. We’ve set up our equipment in a couple of the rooms there. The street is usually filled with the sounds of everyday life, like people talking or the occasional cow walking by. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a sign with bright lights. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks doing our work. It’s a very grounded sort of place. The weather in Uttarakhand can be quite varied, so some days we’re huddled in sweaters and other days the fans are going full blast. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some tea bags. It’s where we gather for a break and just chat about whatever is going on. The house has a nice feel to it, very lived-in and comfortable. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want a quiet spot where we can focus. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the lanes of Bithoria, but that’s part of the charm. We like being a local business and staying close to our roots here in Haldwani. It’s just a simple, practical way to work.
