Being located in the Mahaveer Industrial Estate means we see a lot of trucks and workers passing by all day. We are right across from the Reliance petrol pump on Bareilly Road, which is a good landmark because people always get lost trying to find specific units in Motahaldu. The air is always a bit dusty from the traffic on the main road, but we try to keep the inside of the shop as clean as possible. It’s a functional space, mostly filled with boxes and inventory meant for the local clinics and people living nearby. Working in an industrial area like this has its own rhythm. You get used to the sound of engines and the smell of fuel from across the way. We usually have a tea break around four when things quiet down for a second. The shelves are packed tight because we try to keep a bit of everything on hand. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic on the way from Bareilly, so we spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the driver is. It’s a lot of manual work, moving cartons around and checking expiry dates under the fluorescent lights. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door and a lot of work to get through before the day ends. It’s just a steady business in a busy industrial patch.
