In Nainital Tourism

Our place is called Hill Top House, and we’re located right on the Mall Road in Nainital. It’s a great spot because we can see the lake and the crowds of people walking by every day. We’ve been here for a long time, helping people figure out what to do while they are visiting the hills. The office is a bit old, with wooden floors that creak when you walk on them, but it has a lot of character. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know Nainital inside and out. It gets really cold here in the winter, so we usually have a small heater going and plenty of tea for anyone who stops in. During the summer, it’s the opposite—everyone is looking for shade and a way to get away from the heat of the plains. We spend our days answering questions about boat rides, treks, and where to get the best food. It’s a casual atmosphere here. We don't wear uniforms or follow some strict corporate script. We just talk to people like neighbors. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of life in the mountains, but we keep going anyway. If you're walking along the Mall, you'll find us easily enough near the main shops. It's a busy life but the view makes it worth it. We often end up just chatting about the weather with the tourists who wander in lost.
