You can find Iatu Overseas over at Lane 13, House Number 325 in Azad Nagar, Haldwani. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it's a nice area. Being in a house rather than a big office building makes it feel a lot more personal. We handle all kinds of overseas travel and relocation stuff. It’s a lot of details to keep track of, like dates and names and specific rules for different countries. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a lot of folders stacked up. It’s a small team, just a few of us who have lived in Haldwani for a long time. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so whoever is free just answers the door. It’s a bit informal, but we get the work done. People usually come to us because they want a real person to talk to instead of a website. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out emails. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a little noisy, but we don't mind. It feels like home because it basically is.
