Chandola Architects

Chandola Architects is located in Sunrise Plaza on Rampur Road. Our shop is number four on the upper ground floor. It’s easy to find because Sargam Talkies is right there nearby. We’ve been working out of this small space for some time. We deal with building plans and drawings for houses and small commercial spots around Haldwani. It’s mostly sitting at desks with computers and big sheets of paper. The plaza gets quite busy in the evenings. We handle the paperwork and the technical stuff that comes with building something new. Sometimes we are out at construction sites checking on how things are going. It’s not a large team, just a few of us who know how to draw and calculate things. We keep the office simple. There’s a lot of talk about materials and how much stuff costs these days. People come in with an idea of what they want their house to look like, and we try to put that on paper so the masons can understand it. We don't do anything flashy. It's just practical work. Being on Rampur Road makes it convenient for people coming into town to stop by. We usually have rolls of blueprints sitting around the office. It gets a bit dusty with all the road work outside, but we manage. If you need a plan for a plot, that’s what we do here daily. We are just regular people doing our best with every drawing.
