Central Hospital

We are located in Kusumkhera, right near the gas godam. It is a landmark everyone in the area knows, so it makes it easy to give directions. The hospital sits on a road that gets quite a bit of traffic throughout the day. We have been here for a while now, serving the local families in this part of town. It is not a massive facility like the ones you see in the big cities, but we have enough rooms for the patients who need to stay over. The building has two floors and the stairs are right near the entrance. We have a small area out front where people park their scooters. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the trucks going to the godam next door. Inside, the walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have the usual benches for people waiting for the doctor. Our staff is mostly local people from nearby villages or the outskirts of town. We see a lot of different things every day, from minor scrapes to people who are feeling really under the weather. We try to keep the paperwork moving, but sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator. It's just how things are here. We don't have a cafeteria, but there are a couple of small shops just down the road that sell snacks and tea. We just do our work and try to help the folks who walk through the door.
