You can find us at Plot No. 65 in Sector 11 of the Pantnagar Industrial Estate. We’ve been operating out of this same spot for quite some time now, and the area has changed a lot around us. When we first started, there wasn’t as much traffic on the roads, but now the whole estate is packed with different units and sheds. It’s a noisy place with machines running and trucks loading up goods at all hours. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard industrial setup where we get the work done. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of the equipment and people moving things around. We focus on our production every day, starting early in the morning and often staying late if we have a big order to finish. The workers here know their way around the machines pretty well by now. We don’t have a fancy front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, maybe with a bit of grease or dust on us. That’s just the nature of the business in Pantnagar. We deal with suppliers and delivery drivers all day long. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the materials arrive on time so we don’t have to stop the line. We don't really have a big team, just a group of people who have worked together for a long time. It stays busy, but we prefer it that way.
