Barahi Tour & Travels

Our business, Barahi Tour & Travels, is located in the Kamluwaganja area of Haldwani, specifically in Govindpur Garhwal. It is a bit away from the main city center, which is nice because it is a little quieter. We started this travel service because we saw that people in this part of Haldwani needed a reliable way to get around without always having to go into the middle of town to find a taxi. We have our own vehicles and we manage the bookings ourselves. It is a very local operation. We don't have a polished corporate office. It is more of a home-grown setup where we meet customers and figure out their travel plans. Whether it's a trip up into the mountains or just a ride to the railway station, we handle it. The roads around here can be narrow and steep in some places, but we are used to driving in the terrain of Uttarakhand. We just want to make sure the car is ready and the driver knows the route. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just provide rides. Most of our days are spent checking the cars and talking to people on the phone. It is a simple way to make a living and it keeps us connected to the local community here in Govindpur Garhwal. We just try to keep things moving and be there when someone calls us for a trip.
