If you look for Plot No. 30 in Agne Layout, you will find us there. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, especially in May, so our office at Yash Promoters And Builders is mostly about keeping out of the sun. We are right here in Maharashtra, dealing with bricks, sand, and a lot of municipal paperwork. Construction is a messy business, and our office reflects that sometimes. There are usually blueprints rolled up in the corners and bits of gravel that people track in on their boots. We spend a lot of time on sites and then come back here to try and make sense of the schedules. It is not a fancy place with leather chairs. We have plastic ones and a big wooden table where we look at maps. The neighborhood is quiet enough, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate on the numbers. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to chat about what is being built next. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just handle the building side of things and talk to the contractors. Dealing with the local authorities takes up a lot of our energy, but that is just part of being a builder in Nagpur. We stay busy and try to stay organized among all the dust. It is hard work but it is what we know how to do for the city.
