Our office is over in New Kashi Nagar, right near Rameshwari in Nagpur. It’s actually located at number 44, and you can usually find Sachin Rameshrao Agrey there handling the daily operations. We’ve been working in this part of Nagpur for quite some time now. The weather here gets incredibly hot in the summer, which makes construction work pretty difficult, but we manage by starting early and taking breaks when the sun is at its peak. We focus on building things that last. It isn’t always easy finding good labor or getting the right grade of steel when the prices are jumping around, but that’s the reality of the business. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling because they saw our name on a board at a site. We’ve worked on a lot of different plots around Post-Bhagwan Nagar and the surrounding areas. Sometimes we are doing a full renovation, and other times it’s a new build from the ground up. The yard gets crowded with gravel and bricks, and the office is usually full of dust from the road. We just keep at it, one brick at a time. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. If you’re in the neighborhood and looking for the place, just look for the New Kashi Nagar sign near the post office. We're usually around during the day.
