Our clinic is situated at Plot No-11 in Chaudhary Layout, which is part of the Gopal Nagar area. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which is nice because it keeps the noise levels down while we are working. We focus on homeopathy here. It’s a small operation. Most of the day involves mixing preparations and talking to patients about how they’ve been feeling. The shelves are full of little bottles and jars. It’s not like those big modern hospitals with glass walls and metal everywhere. It feels more like a house because it’s in a layout like this. Gopal Nagar has changed a bit over the years, with more houses going up, but our corner remains pretty much the same. We have a small garden area in the front that needs a bit of weeding, to be honest. Usually, people from the nearby blocks walk over for their visits. We don’t do much in the way of advertising; people just hear about us from their neighbors. It can get a little cramped when more than three people are waiting at the same time, but we manage. We try to keep a calm atmosphere. The walk from the main road isn't too far, but in the summer heat, it can feel like a long way. We just keep things simple and do our work day after day without making a big fuss about things. It's just a regular neighborhood spot for us.
