Wockhardt Hospital

Out here on 1643 North Ambazari Road in Shankar Nagar, we’ve got a steady flow of people coming through our doors. Nagpur can get pretty hot, and our building is a place where people come to get out of the sun and get their health sorted. We are right there in the middle of Shankar Nagar, so we see a lot of familiar faces from the local shops and houses. The hospital isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and it serves the purpose. The staff rooms are usually full of half-drunk cups of chai and stacks of files because there is always something to do. We don't go in for fancy talk or complicated explanations about how we run things. It’s a hospital, so things can get a bit loud or messy sometimes, especially on a busy Monday morning. The hallways have that specific hospital smell, and the benches in the waiting area are well-worn from years of use. Our nurses are usually the ones keeping everything together while the doctors move between patients. We are just doing our jobs on North Ambazari Road, trying to help people get back on their feet. There’s no big mystery to it. Wockhardt Hospital is just a local fixture where we deal with the reality of sickness and recovery every single day without any extra polish or corporate fluff. It’s just us, working hard in Nagpur.
