Willgrow Consulting Private Limited is based in Flat No. T/3 at Uday Palace Appt, right on Hudkeshwar Road in Nagpur. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we are used to it by now. The office is basically a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has that residential feel which makes the long days a bit more comfortable for everyone. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we spent a good amount of time making sure the fans and the cooler work right. Outside on Hudkeshwar Road, there is always some noise from the traffic and people going about their business. We’ve been in this apartment for a while and the neighbors in Uday Palace are mostly quiet families. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes we grab lunch from the small shops nearby on the main road.
