Our shop is over on Dharaskar Road in the Itwari area of Nagpur. It is a small place, officially listed as shop number 264, but most people around here just know us by sight. Itwari is always crowded and noisy, which is just how things are in this part of the city. We have got the mini shop set up to handle what we need without too much fuss or extra space. Being in Nagpur, the summers get really hot, so we usually keep the doors half-closed to stay cool while we work through the stacks of fabric. It is a family-run kind of vibe. We do not have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It is mostly just shelves and a small desk where we keep the books and take calls. Most of our day is spent talking to people who drop in or making sure the deliveries are ready for the rickshaws waiting outside. We have been on this road for a long time, so we know all the neighbors well. It is a tight space, but we make it work for us. You will not find any slick salespeople here, just us doing the job day in and day out. Sometimes it is a bit chaotic with the traffic on the road, but we like the energy of the market. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work. That is the way it goes for us.
