Most of the time, we are caught up with whatever new orders or specific tasks arrived that morning. Being situated in the New Subhedar Layout means we are surrounded by a lot of other local people and families. It feels like a genuine community here, which is nice. We aren't trying to act like a giant corporation, even though the name might sound like it. It is just a small team of us. We do our work, talk to the people nearby, and then go home at the end of the day. Sometimes the weather in Nagpur gets incredibly hot, and that slows everything down, but we just push through it. We have had this office for a long time and it suits what we do just fine. There isn't much mystery to it. We just handle the business as it comes to us.
