You can find us over on Tulsibag Road in Nagpur. We're situated near the Jadi Wada Mahal area, which has a lot of history to it. Our setup is part of the space belonging to Shri S G Dixit. It’s a busy part of town, and there is always something going on right outside the door. Being in this part of Maharashtra means we deal with some pretty hot summers, so the work we do keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a massive corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a traditional space where we handle our daily tasks and talk to customers who drop in. Most of the people working here have been around Nagpur for a long time, so we know the local climate and what people usually need. The streets can be a bit narrow and crowded, especially near the Mahal, but it adds to the character of the place. We keep things pretty simple. When a job comes in, we figure out what’s needed and get it done. No big speeches or complicated processes. It’s just about being there when someone needs help with their equipment. The office can get a bit dusty with all the activity on the road, but we don't mind much. It feels like a real working environment. We’ve settled into this rhythm over the years and it works for us and the people who come to see us. We just take it one day at a time here in the city.
