It’s a quiet spot in Nagpur, but we stay pretty active with our infrastructure projects. Maharashtra is a huge state, and being based in the 440 022 area keeps us right in the middle of things. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. The office is right where the temple is, so it’s easy to give directions to anyone coming by. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just have people who know how to build. We deal with all the normal stuff that comes with this line of work—permits, supplies, and making sure the crew shows up on time. It can be a headache sometimes, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the work that needs doing in Nagpur. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a tough spot. It’s just the nature of infrastructure. You might see our name on some of the sites around the city. We’re just a local bunch of folks. We don’t overthink it. If a job needs doing, we figure out how to get it done from our base here in Swawlambi Nagar. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us.
